How We Work
Our small group PT sessions involve working in pairs or groups, either working together or against one another not only developing clients physically, but helping build stronger bonds and memories.

Our training is individually focussed, but designed to include partnered, grouped or competitive exercises.
What You Get
At £10 per client, per session you and your group will receive a 60-minute instructed session designed with your individual goals and needs in mind. Sessions may include partner assisted or competitive exercises including races and games. At times you won't even notice you are training.
All clients must complete a FREE consultation prior to training to help decide appropriate training approaches. Fitness and progressions are often tracked in a competitive manner, against your partner or group members.
We accept a maximum group size of 4 and a minimum of 2 clients.
