Partner Training is often considered the most enjoyable method of training. Working with a partner can drive the intensity, energy and competitiveness up. Each client will receive their own consultation and sessions will be designed around the individual goals while working together.
Exercises which we use include partner-assisted movements, partner-resisted movements and competitive fun game-based exercises. Work with your flatmate, training buddy, family member or significant other and create long-lasting memories while also reaching your goals. Sessions can take place at The University of Gloucestershire [Oxstalls Campus], At Home or Outdoors across Gloucester and Cheltenham.
Group training can create a competitive enjoyable environment for everyone by using exercise games or assisted exercises to help one another push themselves and train the best they can. Our group sessions work with 3-4 clients, so bring your family or flat mates along and get a great workout in!
