Gym Based Training
At Kano Health and Fitness, we deliver our Gym Based Training at The University of Gloucestershire, Oxstalls Campus [GL2 9HW]. You do not need to be a member of the Fitness Suite or University to benefit from our training sessions across a range of their facilities.
All sessions are designed to make sure you enjoy movement. We use our wide range of experience to make each session specific to you and ensure training is varied and enjoyable. Each client is given a FREE consultation prior to their first session to help us work within your abilities, and reach your training goals in ways which you enjoy.
Train in your garden, forest, car park or playing field. We work across Gloucester and Cheltenham training in a location that suits you. We will use the natural surroundings such as hills, trees, rocks or benches to enhance your training as well as a range of small portable equipment.
The benefits of training outdoors are extensive, but we all know the fresh air is the best medicine. Exercising outdoors is a unique and fun way of training and shows you don't need a wide range of machines to get a good session. Just let us show you. Get in contact to see how we can help you.
At Home Training
You don't even have to leave the house. We will bring the gym to you. With small portable equipment and a wide range of bodyweight or 'At Home' exercises, we can deliver a great session in the comfort of your living room, kitchen, garage or hallway. We will wear face coverings when inside your home and maintain social distancing where possible.
If you feel uncomfortable exercising in public places or you have small children who can not be left alone this may be the service for you. We have a range of exercises which you and your children could enjoy. We might even make it a competition!
Training online at Kano Health and Fitness doesn't just involve our instructors sitting down, telling you what to do. We understand the awkwardness of training alone with your camera on which is why we make it easier for you and get involved as well. Our sessions are run on Microsoft Teams and require no equipment and only a small amount of space. Still not comfortable with your camera on? Thats fine, we can still work without your camera!
We take you through a 45-Minute session, you just need to follow us. We will stop at points to check-in, correct technique and catch a breath with you. There is no judgement here. If you need that break, we are grateful for it too! Click below to find out how you can train with us.
